I’m an Integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping women move from overwhelmed and disconnection to a deeper sense of wholeness & greater alignment. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—grounded in both clinical expertise & holistic practices that address your whole self. I assist women navigating: relationship issues, life transitions, grief, parenting, anxiety, depression, and spiritual meaning. I help you find grounding, integration and wholeness; I guide you to feel connected, balanced, and empowered in  life.
